It is with a collective sigh of relief, that we say good-bye to the sound of gunfire. Born in 1396, died January 1, 2025. It is survived by relatively few, and by nightmares living in victims as young as infants, and as old as the oldest living creature on earth. We do not mourn its loss, only the length of its existence.
